Free Agent Matchmaking for the C Suites - Listen to the Podcast

I recently participated in an on line chat with Dan Pink on Boston.com in which he talked about his new book and also made reference to his classic....Free Agent Nation. I asked him about how that concept is resonating in the marketplace today to which he responded very positively. Dan brought up the continuing improvements in technology, which make working as a free agent even more feasible today than it was when he introduced it ten years ago. He feels that companies are changing and beginning to realize how much they need talented people.
EPOCH was formed to broker this kind of work, matching the skills and talents of successful executives and accomplished professionals with the companies and organizations that desperately need their skills and talents. It works for individuals and it's a great value proposition for companies...access to deep knowledge and expertise all on a variable cost basis. In fact, as Dan pointed out, some companies are even simulating within the company what it would be like to work outside of it as a free agent.
